Power BI Data Analyst

WHO YOU ARE
You have extensive experience working with Power BI building dashboards. You are looking for a role where you can utilize your design and business analysis skills. In this quickly evolving and challenging position, you stand apart as a creative and persuasive business partner. You possess great passion for customer service data, as well as full confidence in its ability to drive better business decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Partner with business owners throughout the Company to plan, design, create, implement and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Collaborate with the executive team to deliver industry leading dashboards with best in class standardized user experience
• Collaborate with team members throughout the Company analyzing and reporting data
• Monitor performance and integrity of dashboards
• Provide operational training and documentation for users of dashboards

WHAT WE REQUIRE
• 2+ years’ experience designing/developing Power BI dashboards in a variety of domains (Sales, Marketing, Product, IT HR, Finance)
• Ability to effectively query data using SQL
• Ability to gather and interpret reporting requirements and determine optimum dashboards to meet user and overall business needs
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at every level of the organization
• UI/UX experience

EDUCATION
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, finance, or other related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
